Booking procedure - how it works

After you have sent your booking via our website, you will receive your booking confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours. The down payment is 20 percent of the invoice amount. Please transfer the remaining amount three weeks before departure. Both payments go to the secured account of our organizer Prima Travel GmbH. One to two weeks before departure, you will receive your flight ticket and travel documents by e-mail. The detailed tour description, tour information and packing list are already attached to your booking confirmation.

Who are we and our travel agency partners

We are hiking experts working together with travel professionals. This allows our customers to book conveniently through our website with the security of a major tour operator. For the large number guests who come from Germany and Switzerland, we can offer personalised flight times. The all-inclusive price for our trips includes flights from the airports of Vienna, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Zurich.

Risk coverage certificate

Our travel agency partners are licensed and registered travel agents in Austria and are part of a risk coverage system. Travellers have the right to claims pursuant to the German Federal Law Gazette. II, No. 316/1999. This is equivalent to the risk coverage certificate issued in Germany.

The prices and services given on the detailed tour descriptions apply. Prices accurate as at September 2019; we reserve the right to make amendments and corrections. All prices given in euros and per person. Scheduled flights from / to Vienna, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Zurich with KLM / Lufthansa / BA in standard class. Airport and security fees as at 9/2019: € 145
